The International Guitar Orchestra Association IGOA was founded in Japan and is composed of member countries from all over the world. Founding President Hiroki Nibori

Hiroki Niibori is the founder, music director, and conductor of the Niibori Guitar Orchestra (N Orchestra),With the motto of "making high-quality music the into nourishmentfor the soul and sharing it on to everyone", the Niibori Guitar Music Academy was founded in 1957.
Aiming to establish the guitar music education community and promote the construction of the earth family through music, he designed and developed guitars in various ranges of treble, midrange and bass, so that people can easily enjoy harmonious music in the full range. He founded a guitar orchestra and continued to publish works on coaching methods, composition and arrangement methods, conducting methods and playing methods through a large number of books, CDs, DVDs and performances. These achievements attracted global attention as the "Niibori Method", and in 1995 it received the "International Awards" from the "World Academic and Cultural Council".

He is the founder of Niibori Gakuen (Fujisawa Campus of International Niibori Art Academy), Tokyo Campus of International Niibori Art Academy, and various other specialized schools, as well as NKG (Japan Guitar Education Alliance), IGOA (International Guitar Orchestra Association), and many other educational institutions. He is also involved in instrument research and development, academic writing, sheet music publication, as well as the production of software such as CDs and DVDs, and concert planning. He is the owner of the musical group N Group.

In addition, he has been recognized for his "promoting peace through music" activities carried out in various countries as the principal conductor. In 2002, he was commended by the United Nations non-governmental organization "World Peace Academy" and was blessed and commended by the Pope in 2007. . As of 2023, he has published more than 74 books and won awards from more than 90 countries.
